Braided Rubber Hose Use:
Rubber hose with Stainless Steel overbraid. For use with either standard unions when using hose clips or if the hose unions are to be swaged in to the hose. Elastomer inner tube with one textile braid reinforcement and elastomer outer cover and in accordance with SAE 100R6 specification. Suitable for oil, coolant and fuel working at temperatures from minus 40 to 120 Degrees Centigrade. Working pressure of up to 400PSI (27.5 Bar) with a burst pressure of 1600PSI (110 Bar).

Braided Rubber Hose Quality Control:
IN LABORATORY, BEFORE PRODUCTION
1) In our company laboratory, we test hardness for every production batch of rubber sheet under our factory requirement。
Shore A 85-88 for inner tube rubber, Shore A 65-72 for outside rubber, and Shore A 80-85 for middle rubber.
2) For every production batch of rubber sheet,our factory require high tensile for rubber. 
12 MPA for inner tube rubber, 8MPA for outside rubber, and 16 MPA for middle rubber.
3) After we buy Steel Wire, we test the tensile, according to our factroy requirment in 2750N,2950N or3050N for difference specifications.
The tensilbe tolerance must be  under1%, to assure the working pressure and burst pressure.
4) In our laboratory, we make vulcanization on inner tube rubber and outer rubber with steel wire together,
which will check adhensive power between rubber and steel wire to avoid steel wire seperats from rubber.
5) For every batch prodution of rubber, we will take one small sample to test vulcanization in lab. 
Finaly we will get one vulcanization line, which explains improving tensile of rubber during vulcanizatio times of 5 minutes, 10minutes, half hour , one hour.
Qualitfied vulcanization line can tell us the rubber will be under control.
6) For every batch prodution of rubber,only after signature from laboratory, the workers can get authorization to use it.
If any problem, the lab and technical manager will stop and trace back quality with Rubber Mixture Center

IN WORKSHOP, DURING PRODUCTION
1) All of rubber is made in our Auto Computer Control Rubber Mixture Center, the weight tolerance is 0.02GRAM to assure the rubber mixed under formulation
2)Before very beginning of production, we check the  soft or steel mandril according our factory Diameter tolerance exceeding SAE100 and EN853 / EN856 and put one  Identified Card, which records which worker make it?
 by which machine? in which day ? The I.D. card will be recorded in all procedures upto end.
We use advanced cold feeding extruder, controlled by PLC computer. And we check Diameters by laser meters to assure the inner tube wall thickness.
4) We use advanced technology steel wire joint machine controled by PLC. The steel wire length tolerance exceeds SAE100 standard of XN(7N,8N,9N,10N,11N,12N). 
When the steel wire bobbin make braiding or spiraled, no any connection occurs.
5) We use Germany technology braiding machines working braiding in 3X3. The speed is higher and braiding cover is no any connections to assure burst pressure and impulse testing.
"6) In braiding or spiraling,the workers have to check O.D of wire cover, and Pitch, to assure the braiding angle is 54.44"" which make pressure is in best situation.
And the workers need to write it down on the  Identified Card for quality tracing back."
7) We used Germany technology Spiraled machine to produce 4SP, 4SP, R12 and R13, R15.
8) In outside rubber extruding,we will check again all of records on the Identified Card, and produce according to customered orders.

ATFER PRODUCTION, BEFORE SHIPPMENT.
9) For every roll of hose,we will test I.D. and O.D  after finishing in our workshop. And for every hose, we test proof pressure in 1.8 times keeping 30 seconds to avoid any leakage .
If any leakage or defective points , we will cut it into pieces , which will be second quality kept in our stock not shipping customers.
10) In each month, we test burst pressure, which is must be at least 4 times than working pressure. 
And Impulse Tessting must be 200,000 cycles for R1AT and R2AT,400,000 cycles for 4SP, 4SH, R12 and R13, R15.
